We will attempt to reply to your email within 24 hours on weekdays only.

Deliveries and Orders

Our providers

We use a number of carriers depending on the items being delivered, however we always endeavour to find the most efficient and fastest way for your items to arrive at your house.

I have not received a confirmation email or delivery information after completing my order

Check the spam and unwated filters on your email account. If it's not there, please contact us at at info@clementstudio.com.au

How can I check the status of my order and track it?

If the delivery provider has a tracking mechanism, we will pass the tracking information onto you. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact us at at info@clementstudio.com.au

How long will my items take to arrive?

Our carriers generally deliver within 14 days. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact us at at info@clementstudio.com.au

What happens if I am not at home when my order is being delivered?

Most couriers will leave a slip in your mailbox or arrange with you directly to redeliver the item.

How will my items arrive?

Items will arrive in a box, generally fully assembled with the exception of our tables which require a simple assembly of four bolts. Instructions for assembly will be emailed to you if relevant. You are responsbile for the asswembly and disposal of any packaging materials.

Products

Pre-order

Items that are not in-stock are generally available for pre-order. The estimated time for arrival in our warehouse is an estimate only, we endevour to enusre the estimated time is as accurate as possible, however due to events outside of our control, this may change.

My item appears different to the photos online, why?

Our product photos are taken in our studio with studio lighting that show as much detail as possible. However, as each piece is hand made and uses natural materials such as teak and leather, there will be minor difference between what you see online and what your receive.

Product Care and Maintenance

All of our products are easy to care, follow the instructions on the product page.


Returns

I have changed my mind, I don't want the product anymore

We do not offer exchange of any sort if you have changed your mind. 

I have a warranty claim, what do I do?

We offer a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all of our items. This does not include wear and tear, accidental breakage or not following cleaning and care instructions. Clearance Items

I have bought a clearance item but it appears faulty or damaged

Our clearance items often will have some sort of inconsistency with their shape and size, a scratch, a flaw or damage, sometimes minor sometimes more and will not detract from the intended functionality. This is why they are sold at a significant discount. They are bought by you AS-IS, with no option to return. While we do our best to ensure that all information regarding the issues with clearance items is stated clearly on our website, it is up to you to ask further questions, request further photos or to view the items in person before you make your purchase. Once purchased, they cannot be returned.
